Four institutes participated in the programme:
- Jordan National Metrology Institute
- Lebanon Industrial Research Institute
- Palestine Standards Institution
- Egypt National Institute of Standards
The 4 days e-learning programme consisted of 11 modules to strengthen the online marketing performance of the institutes. Key topics included website usability, homepage optimization, key success factors for search engine optimisation and advertisement (SEO, SEA), email marketing as traffic driver as well as monitoring & evaluation tools and analytics.
In addition to the webinars, each participant and the Globally Cool team had a 1-on-1 coaching session to further stipulate the next steps and concrete actions.
