Training ‘Effective Trade Fair Participation’ in the context of the Brexit Adjustment Reserve Scheme

In the context of supporting Dutch companies through the Brexit Adjustment Reserve facility, Globally Cool, commissioned by RVO, has conducted a training program to enhance the effectiveness of companies participating in trade fairs.

In support of Dutch companies through the Brexit Adjustment Reserve facility, Globally Cool in collaboration with Sales and Pepper, successfully executed a comprehensive training program, aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of trade fair participation. This 'blended learning' initiative included two on-site training days and three self-paced e-learning modules.

Throughout the program, various subjects were addressed, including the power of trade fairs, setting trade fair goals, strategies for pre-show traffic generation, creating a stand with stopping power, refining the company pitch, and mastering engagement with visitors and trade fair conversations (how to open and conduct the conversation, closing and follow-up techniques).

A highlight of the training was the integration of exercises and role plays, which triggered participants to simulate trade fair scenarios, implementing their freshly learned skills in a practical setting.
