In support of Dutch companies through the Brexit Adjustment Reserve facility, Globally Cool in collaboration with Sales and Pepper, acting on behalf of RVO, successfully executed a comprehensive training program, aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of trade fair participation. This 'blended learning' initiative included two on-site training days and three self-paced e-learning modules.

Throughout the program, various subjects were addressed, including the power of trade fairs, setting trade fair goals, strategies for pre-show traffic generation, creating a stand with stopping power, refining the company pitch, and mastering engagement with visitors and trade fair conversations (how to open and conduct the conversation, closing and follow-up techniques).

A highlight of the training was the integration of exercises and role plays, which triggered participants to simulate trade fair scenarios, implementing their freshly learned skills in a practical setting.
