In-house EQM seminar for PTB project coordinators

Globally Cool was commissioned by PTB to conduct a 2-day in-house workshop on Export Quality Management (EQM) for a group of project coordinators. The primary objective was to raise awareness and understanding of the EQM workshop as a tool to introduce business support organizations (BSOs) to quality infrastructure. Additionally, the workshop aimed to explore how the training can be adapted to SMEs active within specific value chains.

Activities

• We hosted a 2-day workshop for a group of PTB project coordinators to generate awareness and understanding of the EQM workshop as an instrument for BSOs.
• Following the workshop, a meeting was held with PTB management. This meeting focused on improving the practical application and strategic integration of EQM, emphasizing the critical role of BSOs in introducing SMEs to quality infrastructure (QI) services.
• Based on feedback from participants, discussions during the meeting, and observations by Globally Cool trainers, we formulated a series of targeted recommendations.
