E-learning for business export competencies

With COVID-19 as an accelerator, e-learning has further increased and opened new opportunities for CBI’s target groups. That is why CBI commissioned us to develop 10 self-paced e-learning modules, to cover the four main pillars of its redesigned Business Export Coaching manual. These are:

  • Export marketing & sales;
  • Internal export organisation;
  • Export marketing planning;
  • Production for EU exports.

The project included creating interactive self-paced online courses in 10 key areas of business export coaching. These courses were thoughtfully designed to match the main parts of CBI's updated Business Export Coaching manual. We made use of innovative AI technology for video production, which made the learning experience even more engaging and thorough.

Among the activities are:

  • Writing educational content on the 10 topics, following the guidelines for developing CBI’s self-paced courses;
  • Developing interactive exercises for all modules, including quizzes, toggle boxes, flip charts and puzzles;
  • Gamifying the learning experience;
  • Conceptualising and designing multiple types of educational and aesthetic graphics, based on CBI’s branding style;
  • Developing open assignments for each module;
  • (AI) Video production – Conceptualisation, script writing, studio visit for custom avatar creation, voice cloning, video building and editing.

The courses have been integrated in CBI's Business Export Coaching programmes.
