Capacity building for market intelligence services of Export Promotion Agency Uzbekistan

Commissioned by IPD Germany and implemented by Globally Cool, the project aimed at building capacity for the Uzbeki Export Promotion Agency (EPA). The primary objective was to refine EPA's market information team's capabilities through training and coaching.

We have trained the market information team of EPA Uzbekistan through several virtual and onsite training sessions. We started identifying best practices from other BSOs from around the world. In addition, we guided the team in conducting MI self-assessments, resulting in concrete quick wins and improvement plans. We followed through with coaching staff and senior management in developing best market reports and in preparing effectively for trade fair participation.
