Accelerating Moldovan fresh-fruit exports
As part of Sweden’s National Board of Trade development cooperation, Open Trade Gate Sweden (OTGS) commissioned Globally Cool and ICI Business to strengthen the export readiness of eight Moldovan fresh-fruit companies by delivering a blended digital marketing and market-entry programme.
The assignment combined sector-specific webinars and workshops with tailored one-to-one coaching, followed by an on-site mission to Helsingborg, where participants engaged directly with six leading Swedish buyers and retailers, including ICA, Dagab, Everfresh, GGB, ATA Trading and Ewerman.
Globally Cool also designed and implemented a blended programme of webinars, tailored coaching sessions, and hands-on guidance to equip participants with practical tools for digital transformation.
