With a series of online trainings, we strengthened the capabilities of the pool of digital marketing trainers of the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA). We developed 2 curriculums and trained 5 local trainers who are now sustainably delivering these training packages themselves to exporters under the umbrella of the newly established GEPA export school

Activities

Curriculum development for the social media marketing training for b2b purposes:

  • Social media strategies
  • How to optimize LinkedIn for B2B
  • How to optimize Facebook for B2B
  • How to optimize Instagram for B2B
  • How to optimize YouTube for B2B
  • Social media management

These modules are best practices based, blended with interactive assignments and are all tailored to the Ghanaian context and business environment. The trainings were followed by a soft skill training with training skills, online games, and roleplays.

Results

Among the deliverables are:

  • Curriculum development for a 9-hour interactive training on social media marketing for the export school
  • Curriculum development for a 1,5-hour interactive training on soft skills for the export school
  • 5 local trainers trained who are now able to deliver the courses themselves.
