Nourhan el-Kafas

Nourhan has six years of experience working in well-known mega projects in Egypt including in the economic reform program. Her career began at the council of ministers in Egypt before moving on to the Export Development Authority. During her time there, she played a critical role in developing strategies for Egyptian exports to penetrate African markets. Additionally, she conducted numerous market studies that focused on promising sectors such as agriculture, processed food, engineering, textiles, and pharmaceuticals. Nourhan’s experience also includes working as an export researcher for the Egypt Textiles and Home Textiles Export Council and as a Senior Business Research Analyst for the Egyptian Cotton Hub Co., where she was responsible for enhancing textile exports in the public sector.
