Lilit Asatryan is a highly skilled international expert, consultant, and Professional Certified Coach of the International Coaching Federation (PCC ICF), with extensive experience in promoting women entrepreneurship. She has obtained various international educational methodologies and is, among other things a Master Trainer in Personal Initiative. She has worked with international, local, governmental, and financial organizations, including the European Training Foundation, UNESCAP/APCICT, Torino Process, and the World Association of Women Entrepreneurs (FCEM).
Lilit is also the founder of the Armenian Young Women’s Association and Women Entrepreneurs Network of Armenia, and has served as the Armenia Country President and the Central Asia Regional Commissionaire of FCEM. She has established the Women Entrepreneurship Ambassador Award in Armenia and authored Female Food Hero in Armenia. She has extensive experience in state, public, and private sector management, and has previously served as the Deputy Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the Armenia country representative in the Council of Europe High-Level Youth Ministerial Body.
Both in Armenia and overseas, Lilit is experienced in providing consultation and expert services, and she has developed policy papers, manuals, training modules, and the like. She has conducted various trainings, consultations, mentoring, coaching, and programming exercises that mainstream development on different levels and sectors. She has led successful programs in partnership with many international organizations, including UN agencies, USAID, IFC WB Group, GIZ, Asian Development Bank, European Union, European Training Foundation, Globally Cool, Deloitte, and others in the framework of different projects.
Lilit builds strong relations with key stakeholders, including state bodies, business sectors, civil society organizations, and community members inside Armenia and worldwide. She has outstanding communication and coordination skills and focuses on achieving results by mobilizing resources and key stakeholders rapidly and convincingly. Lilit’s extensive experience and skills make her a highly valuable asset in promoting women entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
