We consider quality management to be of paramount importance. Therefore, we apply our own internal quality assurance scheme. We work according to fixed procedures and use parts of the Certiked model. This is a translation of the ISO 9001 management system and documents critical processes.
INTERNAL QUALITY SYSTEM
A dedicated team carries out each project. Together they prepare, implement and evaluate the project. Furthermore, we use the four eyes principle, meaning that at least two people are involved in critical project milestones and in the final product. This internal quality system is ensured through project documentation, progress meetings as well as senior management team meetings.
We manage our knowledge by documenting procedures and resources. Our project teams evaluate each process, aiming to continuously optimise performance. Moreover, we initiate and monitor constant sharing of new knowledge to the teams.

We use the ISO 26000 guideline and apply the principle of ‘corporate shared value’. Value creation for the company should also create value for the communities and environment.
