Hi everyone! My name is Sterre de Vries, and I will be joining the Globally Cool team as an intern for the Sales Department!

Educational background

Currently I am in my fourth year as a European Studies student at the University of Applied Sciences in Den Haag. In my third year I had the amazing opportunity to study abroad at the University of New Brunswick in Canada where I studied sociology, political science, and Greek mythology.

My passions

I am currently umpiring field hockey games for the KNHB and I enjoy going to the gym a lot – my weekly average lies on working out 5 times. Another beloved hobby of mine is reading! My favorite genres are fantasy, thrillers, and memoires. With a love for books comes also a love for movies. On my nights off from the gym and reading you will usually find me curled up on the couch watching a good movie or documentary.

What I look forward to

During my internship, I would like to grow professionally. By joining the Globally Cool team I hope to learn from and work together with my coworkers whilst also adding to the team by implementing the theoretical knowledge I gained during my studies.
