We are thrilled to share an exciting project in collaboration with our partner, Han Leenhouts from Sales & Pepper, and our client, RVO (Dutch Enterprise Agency). Together, we have embarked on a mission to empower Dutch entrepreneurs and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and behavioural changes needed to excel at trade fairs.

International trade shows offer unparalleled opportunities for businesses to showcase their products and services, forge valuable connections, and expand their global reach. However, all too often, significant financial resources are expended without achieving the desired outcomes. That’s where our training program comes in.

Interactive hybrid training courses

Within this project, we designed a highly interactive hybrid training course to optimise trade fair participation. Led by our very own Alfons, and our partner Han Leenhouts, the course ensures a rich learning experience. Equipped with the right strategies, the entrepreneurs can maximise their return on investment and make their participation truly impactful.

Our training curriculum is designed to provide Dutch entrepreneurs, who faced a negative fallout from Brexit, with a deep understanding of the trade show ecosystem and its success factors. Participants will gain insights into the latest trends, best practices, and proven techniques that will help them stand out amidst fierce competition.

Skills for success

More than anything else, we believe in extending learning curves and optimising action learning. In addition to our interactive onsite training courses, we offer entrepreneurs self-paced e-learning modules as an integrated part of the hybrid training. During the onsite training, participants learn, through a mix of interactive coaching and group assignments, to choose the right trade fair, how to stand out from the crowd, create stopping power. Moreover, they learn how to apply the right pitch and how to conduct an effective post-show follow-up.

While learning from real-life examples and insightful case studies, participants will acquire the necessary tools and techniques to leave a lasting impression on visitors and attract potential customers. We are excited to work alongside our partners in supporting these entrepreneurs on their journey to trade fair success!
