Conquer the world with coconuts from the Philippines

Cool Coach Alfons visited the Philippines in early December, as a part of the Food Ingredients Programme Asia. The aim of the mission is to develop a BSO Development Action Plan and Sector Export Strategy for processed fruits from the Mindanao region, including coconut based products. A workshop was conducted and a kick-off meeting was held with key partner organisations to drive this project. Amng the organisations involved are the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Philexport Davao Region XI, Philippine Coconut Authority and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
